Andrew Kardos

Teaching runs in my blood. My Mother was an English teacher for 30 years in the New Jersey Public School System, while I might not be in the classroom the passion for instructing and helping others learn is deeply engrained in me.

I'm originally from Pennsylvania and have always loved the outdoors. Having graduated from Penn State with a bachelor in Information Science & Technology, as well as, Security Risk Analysis, my journey took me into the realm of technology, working as a developer for Penn Medicine, then as a drone pilot and then eventually landing in the Digital Marketing space. While at Penn State I played Lacrosse (both varsity and club) and once my playing days were over immediately went into coaching. However, I found my true passion lies in the mountains, where I found myself drawn to the world of snowboarding and instructing. Combining my coaching background and love for the outdoors, I brings a unique perspective to my snowboarding instruction. With a diverse range of coaching experience, including lacrosse, basketball, and baseball for various age groups (4-19 yrs), I have developed a knack for effectively teaching and motivating individuals of all ages and skill levels. As an Eagle Scout, I was taught the values of leadership, perseverance, and creativity, which I brings to each and every lesson. Give me a call to schedule a lesson.
